Media Lightbox Setup

Install

Important: By installing and using this plugin, you agree to the SQPlugins End-User License Agreement.

  1. Upload plugin-media-lightbox.js and plugin-lightbox.css files to your website. How to upload a file?

  2. Copy the code below and add it to Code Injection Footer Field:

3. Enable Lightbox in Gallery: Turn on the Lightbox option in your gallery/section settings:

Close the viewer to change settings, then open an image in the gallery on this page. Changes are temporary until you copy the code to your website.

Troubleshooting

If an image does not open, enable the native gallery lightbox option in the gallery settings, and test the published page outside editing mode. Remove another lightbox plugin if it handles the same clicks.

For a video that cannot play, check that its URL is public and playable. Provider videos connect to YouTube or Vimeo when opened.
